The Paranoiq app

Paranoiq helps you create checklists for places or routines, mark actions as complete, capture optional photo confirmations, review completion history, and access selected checklist information from a Home Screen widget.

Paranoiq is intended as a personal organization and peace-of-mind tool. It is not a safety system, alarm system, monitoring service, emergency service, or professional inspection tool. You remain responsible for verifying important real-world conditions and taking appropriate action.

License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms and the applicable App Store rules, you may use Paranoiq for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control.

You agree not to:

• Use the app in a way that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or misuse the app.
• Use the app as the sole basis for safety-critical decisions.
• Submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content through support or feedback channels.

Your content and checklist data

You are responsible for the places, actions, checklist text, completion history, photos, and other content you create or choose to store in Paranoiq. You should only create content that you have the right to use and store.

Photo confirmations are optional at the app level, but individual actions can be configured to require a photo before completion. You are responsible for what you photograph and for complying with applicable laws and privacy expectations when capturing photos.

Privacy

Our handling of app data is described in the Paranoiq Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how checklist data, photo confirmations, widget data, purchases, and support email are handled.

Subscriptions, purchases, and Pro access

Paranoiq may offer free features, free photo confirmations, paid Pro access, auto-renewable subscriptions, trials, and lifetime purchase options. The exact price, duration, trial details, renewal terms, and included features are shown in the app or App Store purchase flow before you buy.

Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and may be managed by RevenueCat for entitlement status and purchase restoration. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are controlled by Apple and your App Store account settings.

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription. You can restore eligible purchases in the app where the restore option is provided.

Apple App Store terms

If you download Paranoiq from Apple's App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's App Store rules and the applicable Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a separate custom license is provided.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app, including features, purchase offerings, or limits, where permitted by law and App Store rules. We may also update these Terms as the app changes. Continued use of Paranoiq after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimers

Paranoiq is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will prevent mistakes, forgotten tasks, property damage, loss, injury, or other outcomes.

You are responsible for confirming important real-world tasks and conditions. A checklist or photo in the app should not replace your own judgment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paranoiq and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of use, lost profits, or other losses arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
